Leg progress. In a month (late Dec to late Jan) went from this to the above. I seem to have developed a small thigh gap? I think this is my body just trying to avoid “chub rub” as I move into 55 mile weeks.

These were taken last night after I hit a deadlift pb of 100 lbs. :) Today I did a barbell squat of 70 lbs and leg press of 315. I can do better, today was a rough day.
